PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION

Arizona Athletics and Bon Voyage Travel have teamed up to offer the Cat Cruiser transportation program for our fans in Phoenix. You and your friends and family can ride the Cat Cruiser to and from the Valley for every home football game! No need to stress over driving and parking, the Cat Cruiser takes care of it all for you.

  • Arrive at Fan Fiesta approximately two hours prior to kickoff
  • Enjoy the game and then depart 30 minutes after the game
  • Low price is $20 per person, round trip
  • Two bus routes — each with two convenient pick-up locations

FACILITY INFORMATION

 
  • Lost and Found
    • Articles should be left at the police command center at the NE corner of the stadium. Later inquiries should be directed to UAPD at 1852 E. 1st St. on campus or by calling the Event Management Office at 621-4694.
 
  • Restrooms
    • East: Ground level at Gate 4 (women) and Gate 5 (men) and in ground level building at northeast corner. Middle concourse near all tunnels. Upper concourse near all tunnels.
    • West: Middle concourse near tunnel to Section 22 (men) and at extreme south end. Upper concourse near all tunnels. Middle concourse near tunnel to Section 20 (women) and at extreme north end. Ground level building at northwest corner of stadium.
    • South: Lower concourse under Section 13 (men). Lower concourse under Section 11 (women).
    • North: located on concourse behind sections 28 & 34.
      • There is an accessible all gender/family restroom on the North End Zone Concourse.
    • Accessible restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the main concourses.

 
  • First Aid
    • East: Ground level at Gate 4 (women) and Gate 5 (men) and in ground level building at northeast corner. Middle concourse near all tunnels. Upper concourse near all tunnels.

  • Police Command Center
    • Located at ground level in NE corner of the stadium. Officers are on duty throughout the stadium during each game.
 
  • Public Address
    • No personal announcements will be made over the public address system. Public service announcement questions may be directed to the Athletics Marketing and Corporate Sales Office, at 621-8081.
 
  • Seating
    • All seats are reserved and everyone, including children three years and older, should sit in the seat for which he/she holds the ticket. Children two years of age and under do not require a ticket. To aid in the effort, we employ stadium crew members who can give assistance in seat location and other services patrons might require. Personal chair backs can be used in Arizona Stadium at the discretion of stadium staff. All portable stadium seats are limited to 18" width, 9" depth, cannot have attached armrests or cupholders, and cannot recline to encroach upon the access or legroom of adjacent patrons. If event staff determines that a chair back does not meet these guidelines, the owner will be asked to have the seats removed and stored for the duration of the game.
  • Disabled Patron Information
    • Wheelchair Seating: Wheelchair Seating is available at all ticketed venues. Persons with accessibility or special seating needs should contact the McKale Ticket Office for assistance with ticket purchases, and/or for more information.
    • Stadium Entry: Wheelchair access to the North End Zone sections 27-35 is through Gates 1, 2, or 8, utilizing the northeast or northwest elevators. Wheelchair access to the East Side section 2-6 is now through Gates 1 or 2, utilizing the new northeast elevator. East Side seating in the 100 and 200 levels may be accessed by the ramps at Gates 2,3, or 6, or by the northeast elevator. Wheelchair access to the South End Zone sections 11-13 is through Gate 6 located on the southeast corner of the stadium. West side seating may be accessed by the ramps at Gates 7 or 8, or by the northwest elevator.
    • Student Seating: UA students who need wheelchair seating will be required to purchase a ZonaZoo pass like all other students.  Students can use either Gate 2 or the ZonaZoo entry at Gate 4 and proceed to the northeast elevator.

Lost and Found
  • Articles will be left at McKale Center, room 229, or at UAPD at 1852 E. 1st St. on campus. Call the Event Management Office at 621-4694 for retrieval of lost items
Restrooms
  • Upper Concourse: Behind sections 1, 5, 14, 16 and 20, sections 101 and 115.
  • Street Level Concourse: Through tunnels near Sections 6 and 18, to the left. Also through tunnels near Sections 12 and 24, to the right.
  • Arena Level: Through exits at Sections 6 and 11.
  • Accessible restrooms are located on all three levels.  Accessible all gender/family restrooms are located on the first and third (exterior) concourses.
First Aid
  • Located in McKale Center Room 329, behind section 9 on the upper concourse. Also located at the southwest corner of the arena floor level near Section 11.
Police
  • Located behind the scorers’ table, near the Arizona team bench
Public Address
  • No personal announcements will be made over the public address system. Public service announcement questions may be directed to the Athletics Marketing and Corporate Sales Office, at 621-8081.
Emergencies
  • Call 621-UAPD(8273)
  • Attention Doctors: Doctors who are registered with the Pima County Medical Society are assigned a number to be used emergencies. When an emergency call comes in, the doctor’s number will be run across the message center of the main scoreboard. The public address system will not be used for announcements.
Seating
  • All seats are reserved and each individual, including children three years and older, should sit in the seat for which he/she holds the ticket. To aid in the effort, we employ arena crew members who can give assistance in seat location and other services patrons might require.

Prohibited Items

  • No Food or beverage containers besides water
    • If patrons do bring food or beverage containers including ice chests, bottles, cans, canteens, or bags containing food, they will be asked to dispose of them at the gate or return them to their car. Patrons carrying clear bags or handbags will be asked by security to open them for inspection.
  • No beach umbrellas or golf type umbrellas are allowed.
  • NCAA and Pac-12 rules prohibit the use of artificial noise makers or sound devices.
    • Murphy Field allows non-digital sound devices (such as Vuvuzelas, Drums, etc).
  • The use of laser pointers and/or disconcerting flash photography is also strictly prohibited.


Arizona Athletics has instituted a clear bag policy for all of its venues and events. The policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into our venues. The following is a list of bags that will be accepted for entry:

  • Bags that are clear plastic or vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, after being searched
  • Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection, including but not limited to oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc.

Prohibited bags include but are not limited to:

  • Purses larger than a clutch
  • Briefcases
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Diaper bags
  • Cinch bags
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Long golf umbrellas
  • Cooler bags
  • Computer bags
  • Camera bags
  • Non-approved seat cushions including large traditional seat cushions that have pockets, zippers, compartments or covers
  • Any bag larger than the permissible size, unless credentialed personnel carrying such belonging have been thoroughly searched
NOTE: Prohibited bags may not be placed in a clear bag in order to gain entry. The clear bag is to be used as a substitute for any bag that appears on the prohibited list.

This is not a restriction on items you were previously allowed to bring into our venues; it is only a restriction on the type of container used to carry items. Souvenir cups, unopened water, Kleenex and personal items will all be permitted into the arena if carried in one bag that meets the criteria listed above.

Personal items may be enclosed in a small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand. These small bags will be searched.

The no food and beverage policy will remain in effect, however, medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection.

The University of Arizona Bookstores have clear bags available at their various locations or you can purchase online by clicking HERE.

  • Videotaping or photography by ticket holders in ICA venues is restricted.
  • No backlights, flashes, or mono/tripods.
  • Flash photography is strictly prohibited
  • The University prohibits the use of products that contain tobacco or nicotine, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bidis, kreteks, hookahs, water pipes, and all forms of smokeless tobacco. Littering campus with remains of tobacco or smoking-related products also is prohibited.
  • Smoking e-cigarettes is prohibited
  • It is unlawful for a person to consume spirituous liquor from a broken package in a public place, thoroughfare or gathering (ARS Section 4-244).




FAN CONDUCT

  • Actions that will have you removed from the Arizona Athletics event without a refund as well as have ticket renewal privileges revoked include
    • Throwing objects.
    • Entering the competition surface or field.
    • Disrupting the competition.
    • Touching others without their permission.
    • Behavior and language based on race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity
    • Disrespecting the dignity and personal space of all staff, officials, student athletes, fans and opposing teams.
    • Antagonizing and taunting others.
    • Utilizing seats/seat for which they do not have tickets for.
    • Appearing unruly and intoxicated.
    • Smoking, vaping, and other use of tobacco products.
    • Any other behavior that denies others access to the benefits of the athletic event
  • All persons entering the stadium are subject to Arizona Board of Regents and University of Arizona rules and regulations, and the Laws of the State of Arizona. The University may revoke the ticket license and eject or refuse entry to persons for violation of arena or stadium rules, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, consumption of alcohol or other misconduct.

  • Racial, sexist, derogatory or profane actions or language directed toward players, coaches, team representatives, officials, event management or other spectators will not be tolerated. Event management personnel – with cooperation from campus security – reserves the right to remove attendees from the competition site.

  • Should patrons experience any discomfort because of the actions of others and wish to seek relief from the same, please report the incident to the closest crew member. The crew member will then seek assistance to alleviate the problem.

DISABILITY ACCESS

Arizona Stadium
Wheelchair Seating: Wheelchair Seating is available at all ticketed venues. Persons with accessibility or special seating needs should contact the McKale Ticket Office for assistance with ticket purchases, and/or for more information.

McKale Center

Arena Entry/Seating:   
The following entrances are accessible:
• South Entry (main entry): Gates A and B. Upon entering, take the elevator up to reach top concourse accessible seating. To access middle concourse accessible seating, enter on the south side adjacent to Gate 8.
• West Entry: Gate C, accessible by crossing the bridge at the second floor of the Cherry Garage.  This takes you directly to upper concourse seating.
• North Entry: Gate D  
• East Entry: Gate E Leads to the middle concourse and scholarship row.
Bathrooms:  Accessible restrooms are located on all three levels.  Accessible all gender/family restrooms are located on the first and third (exterior) concourses.


Hi Corbett
Seating:  Reserved accessible seating is located throughout the main concourse between first and third base. General admission accessible seating is located on the main concourse beyond both first and third base.
Restrooms:  Accessible restrooms are located on the main concourse.


Murphey Field
Seating: Accessible seating is located in the grandstand seats on the west side of the field, which can be accessed by entering at the south end of the bleachers.
Restrooms:Located adjacent to concessions on the west side of the facility parking lot.


Tennis
From the south, enter on lower level. Access through corridor between Stevie Eller Dance theatre and tennis courts.
Accessible seating is located on the main concourse of the stadium seating area on the west side of court 1.  Accessible court level seating is located between courts 1 and 2.


Hillenbrand Aquatic Center

Entry/Seating:  Admission is free and accessible seating is located poolside.
Restrooms: There are no public restrooms.  The closest restrooms are at McKale Center, when it is open.


Sand Volleyball Courts

Entry/Seating: Accessible seating is located courtside.  Bring a lawn chair if
needed
Restrooms: There are no restrooms at the Courts.  The closest restrooms are at McKale Center, when it is open.

Arizona Stadium
Disabled Wildcat Club member parking is available in A East, A West, and Cherry Garage.  Parking is assigned based on Gift Club Level, Priority Points, and the number of accessible spaces available in each lot. If you are a Wildcat Club member at the Bear Down level and above, please contact the McKale Ticket Office for more information, (520) 621-CATS (2287).
Non-Wildcat Club members who wish to acquire a disabled parking permit for Cherry, Second Street, or Sixth Street Garages must purchase it from the UA Parking and Transportation Department by calling (520) 626-PARK (7275). Permits are limited, sold on a first come, first served basis. You may also park in any of these garages if you have a state-issued disability plate/placard and pay the per-game cost to park. Park Avenue Garage offers accessible Cat Tran transportation to the game. The cost for non-permit holders is $5.
The closest garage is Cherry Garage. Levels 1 and 2 are reserved for accessible parking. An elevator is located in the southwest corner of the garage.


McKale
Disabled Wildcat Club member parking is available in the Cherry Garage. Parking is an annual benefit and is assigned based on availability, Annual Gift Club Level, number of season tickets, and the Priority Points system. If you are a Wildcat Club member at the Bear Down level and above, please contact the McKale Ticket Office for more information at 520-621-CATS (2287).
For Men’s Basketball games, Disabled Non-Wildcat Club members can purchase a disabled parking permit to park in Cherry Garage from Parking and Transportation, (520) 626-PARK (7275). Permits are limited, sold on a first come, first served basis. You may also park in Cherry Garage if you have a state-issued disability plate/placard and pay the per-game cost to park. Levels 1 and 2 of the Cherry Garage are reserved for accessible parking.  
For sporting events held in McKale other than Men’s Basketball, accessible parking is available with a state-issued disability plate/placard on all levels of the Cherry Garage for a per-game fee.  Parking and Transportation does not sell permits for these events and Levels 1 and 2 are not reserved.
For Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, and Volleyball, parking is generally free in campus garages and surface lots on weekends, unless otherwise reserved, and lots east of Arizona Stadium, east of McKale, and south of Sixth Street are free after 5:00 pm on weekdays.


Hi Corbett Field
Accessible parking is available near the entrance to the Stadium.  Parking is free.


Hillenbrand Stadium
Accessible parking is located in both Cherry Garage and Second St. Garage for an hourly fee if arriving more than three (3) hours out from first pitch. An event fee will be available from three (3) hours prior up until first pitch in Cherry Garage.  There are also metered parking spaces along 2nd Street.
Parking is generally free in campus garages and surface lots on weekends. Lots north of Speedway and south of Sixth Street are also free after 5:00 pm on weekdays, unless otherwise reserved. 
Other surface lots and metered spaces, with the exception of service permit spaces, which are enforced 24 hours and some lots surrounding residence halls, which are enforced until 9:00 pm, are free after 5:00 p.m.

 Another option is the Sun Link Streetcar.  The Warren Avenue stop is located in close proximity to the stadium.


Murphy Field
Accessible parking is located directly behind the stadium bleachers.


Robson Tennis Courts
Closest accessible parking is in the Cherry Avenue Garage and is available for a fee.  Otherwise, there are metered parking spaces along 2nd Street, North of the courts.

Most surface lots are FREE after 5 p.m. and all weekend long or parking is available for a fee in Cherry Ave Garage.


Hillenbrand Aquatic Center

There is accessible visitor parking for a fee in Cherry Garage and meter spaces long Enke Drive. There is accessible parking in lot 6098, South of the Aquatic Center.  You may park in lot 6098 after 5:00 pm on weekdays or on weekends, unless otherwise reserved, otherwise a Parking and Transportation annual permit is required.
